My Interests
I have a wide variety of interests. From a very young age I showed a great interest in mostly history. I was fascinated by seeing how much the world has changed and was immediately hooked. The two fields that I am most interested in right now are paleoanthropology, the interdisciplinary anthropological study of human evolution, and constitutional law and the Supreme Court. I find the evolution of humans to be utterly fascinating. Seeing the work of paleoanthropologists and the rapid growth of the field in real time is amazing. With constitutional law and the Supreme Court, my interest stems from the precedent and effect that their decisions have on the country, along with federalism. The Supreme Court is the most overlooked part of the government in my opinion, and they wield immense power in their interpretations of the constitution and federal law.
